All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. We process orders seven days a week (Monday – Sunday).

Shipping Times & Rates

Orders are shipped within the United States via UPC postal service with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout to ensure fair and transparent rates for every order.

Order Delivery & Address Accuracy

Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@99sheep.shop.

Any packages returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

Tracking Information

Please allow 2 to 5 days for your tracking number to update in the system after receiving your shipping confirmation email. In some cases, tracking may temporarily display “not found” — this does not mean your package isn’t on the way, but may result from carrier system delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Such cases fall under the buyer’s responsibility.
